Anti-Bullying Concepts (ABC) is as division of KMM Resources, Inc. a Texas based corporation providing evidence-based bullying prevention education and professional development for schools, organizations and communities.

ABC is committed to providing information that educators and parents can use at no cost and immediately. Those who are seeking answers often need information now and do not know where to begin their study.

In addition to online service, ABC is committed to providing professional development for schools, organizations and communities seeking an experienced trainer. If you are looking for people who can guide you on best practices with sensitive decision- making about bullying prevention and intervention for your campus or district, ABC is your resource.

Anti-Bullying Concepts utilizes the founder, Kathy Middleton Morgan’s three decades of experience in assisting communities, schools, organizations and individuals evaluate a variety of problems, design solutions and expand their opportunities. ABC utilizes these strengths in focusing on promoting and implementing evidence-based school bullying prevention for communities, including:

• Assisting organizations and communities in supporting best practices for their local schools • Collaborating with schools to identify need, utilize best practices in planning and selecting programming
• Providing readiness presentations and/or extensive professional development for faculty, staff, board members or parents based on best practices

Katherine M. Morgan is the founder and president of KMM Resources, Inc. and its Anti-Bullying Concepts division. Ms. Morgan created, funded and developed the Anti-Bullying Concepts (ABC) program to provide education, consultation and fund raising opportunities for schools, organizations and communities desiring to stop school bullying and implement best practices in prevention. Ms. Morgan provides the corporation’s programming coordination, professional development services and community presentations for ABC in addition to other KMM Resources programs and divisions. Ms. Morgan is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed chemical dependency counselor. Her behavioral health care experiences include: child abuse and neglect investigations, foster care case management, adoption studies, therapeutic socialization for mentally disabled adults and children and residential, outpatient and halfway house chemical dependency treatment for male and female criminal justice populations.

Early in her career, Ms. Morgan was selected to participate in a two year overseas program as a World Service Worker with the International Committee of the U.S. YMCA’s in assignment to the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong, China. More recently, she specialized in providing professional education and consultation services as a Programs Field Representative in chemical dependency services for the Oklahoma State Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and later as Program Coordinator for a grant on fetal alcohol syndrome prevention and Program Coordinator for a second grant on rape prevention education both funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention through the Oklahoma State Department of Health. Since 2000, the assignment included coordinating a statewide public and professional education effort providing evidence-based school bullying prevention and a large research study on school bullying involving 7,800 Oklahoma students.

Ms. Morgan also maintained a private practice in chemical dependency treatment, and from 2006 through 2008 she taught “Substance Abuse Prevention” for graduate and undergraduate students at the University of Central Oklahoma. In 2009, Ms. Morgan retired from the Oklahoma State Department of Health and re-located to the Dallas area to develop interactive, evidence based bullying prevention professional development opportunities for educators, organizations and communities through KMM Resources, Inc. dba Anti-Bullying Concepts.

The Anti-Bullying Concepts program through KMM Resources, Inc. is available by contract and fee to interested schools, communities and organizations. In addition, ABC is committed to corporate citizenship by volunteering time and resources to community education and social services with two projects.

ABC donates a limited number of evidence-based bullying prevention presentations annually to organizations agreeing to host an educational session, provide presenter travel expenses and make presentation information available as a public health and safety service to adults and decision makers in their community. Schools, organizations or communities interested in applying for ABCs Communities Making a Difference can contact Ms. Morgan for hosting eligibility, responsibilities and details. Selection is based at the discretion of KMM Resources, Inc.
Through corporate commitment, Ms. Morgan volunteers with fund raising projects and counseling for a local non-profit counseling and service organization.
